When you submit a chef request through ChefNearYou, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, email address, phone number, location, occasion details, and any dietary or event notes you include.
We use this information solely to match you with suitable chefs in our network and to send you their contact details. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Once we identify a match, we share relevant booking details (your event requirements, location, and contact information) with the matched chef(s) so they can respond to your request directly.
We retain request information for as long as needed to facilitate matching and improve our service, and will delete it on request.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing awidigitalmedia@gmail.com.
