ChefNearYou is a concierge matching service. We connect clients who submit a request with independent, vetted private chefs in our network. We are not the employer of any chef, and we are not a party to the booking agreement between you and your matched chef.
Submitting a request and receiving chef matches is free for clients. Chefs pay ChefNearYou to be part of our matching network.
Final pricing, menu details, and booking terms are agreed directly between you and your matched chef. ChefNearYou is not responsible for the performance of any booking, though we vet chefs before adding them to our network and welcome feedback if something goes wrong.
You agree to provide accurate information when submitting a request and not to use this site for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
